Our experienced engineers are always trying to solve the problems at the first visit in order to make sure customers can get the machines to resume working quickly. Thanks to the latest instant communication technology, our engineers are able to guide and teach the customers through phone call, messaging App and e-mail in order to solve the problems even quicker. Each sales and service office has one or more technicians to provide local support and training to our customers. Our local support experts are backed up by a skilled support team at the main office. The cross-trained technical support team is available for on-site maintenance and repair, and uses advanced web-based support options to perform remote diagnostics and correct control related issues.Other than the after sales service technical support, we do provide all the tooling, consumable parts and spare parts for machine because we are one-stop solution provider to our valuable customers. We are one of the biggest spare part wholesalers in Malaysia and able to deliver the necessary parts on the same day. We even provide application knowledge to our customers and help to design and propose the most suitable tooling to customers. We do provide yearly service package to our customers including general service, repairing and fine-tuning of machine. This is to make sure the machines are always in tip-top condition and never fail customers' expectation.
